What it is
SunumAI is a Bayt Technology product that aims to take an institution’s existing documents — Word, PDF, PowerPoint, Excel — and turn them into the formal materials it is required to produce.
It aims to extract the facts, figures, and tables inside those documents, keeping each item linked back to where it came from in the source.
Rather than a generic template, it aims to produce output that follows the required institutional format.
What it aims to do
The flagship case is university accreditation: output is intended to be structured to the self-evaluation framework published by YÖKAK — its four main headings, 14 criteria, and maturity-level framing. Also board and senate decks, executive briefings, and investor decks.
It aims to keep every generated claim traceable to its source and to flag anything it can’t ground — so a human verifies the material before it reaches a board or an accreditation visit.
It aims to produce Turkish and English versions of the same output, each written in that language’s formal institutional register rather than machine-translated.
It also aims to turn a finished document or deck into a roughly 60-second narrated summary video, with Turkish or English voiceover.
Who it’s for
Our first user is the quality coordinator at a Turkish foundation university — the person who owns the annual internal evaluation report and accreditation site-visit preparation.
That work is rigid in format, tied to a hard deadline, and high-stakes; today it’s done largely by hand over weeks.
The same engine is being designed to serve state universities and enterprises too — but this is the first user we’re building for.
