What we process and why
When you fill in the contact form, we process your name, email address, subject, and message. We use these only to respond to your enquiry and communicate with you.
Your submission is delivered to our company email (info@bayttekno.com). This site does not store your data in a database; the record is held in our mailbox.
Legal basis
We process your data based on the explicit consent you give by submitting the form and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (KVKK Art. 5).
Analytics and browser storage
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless; visit statistics are aggregate and do not identify you.
Your theme preference (light/dark) is stored only in your browser via localStorage; it is not sent to us and is not a tracking mechanism.
Transfers and service providers
We use Cloudflare services for site infrastructure and email delivery (hosting, email routing, analytics). Your data is processed only as needed to operate these services.
Retention
We keep your contact messages for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain communication.
